You’ve downloaded your KITS Mobile app, now it’s time to sign in!
You will first need your username and password, this can be found in the email sent from our Technical Support Team (KITSsupport@kisp.com):
Now that you have your credentials, open your KITS Mobile app and enter your username and password. When you’re ready, tap Sign In.
And that’s it! You’ve successfully signed into your KITS Mobile account.

What happens when I log into another iPad?
Your KITS Mobile license is for one device only. You cannot log into multiple devices with your KITS Mobile credentials. Prior to changing your device, make sure that you run a sync on your device. This will ensure that once you log into a new device all of your projects and data will be carried over. If your iPad has been replaced, please contact our technical support team to assist with setting up a new device. Once your new device has been set up, run a sync on your new device and you should be able to see all of your projects.
